4PSA OXtender for Parallels Plesk Panel is packaged in the following installation formats:
-
RPM packages for RPM capable Linux distributions. Available at http://plesk.4psa.com/downloads/
-
Shell installer for Debian, Ubuntu and FreeBSD distributions. Available for download in the Clients Area

Virtuozzo EZ templates for installation on virtualized systems. Available at http://plesk.4psa.com/vz
In order to install 4PSA OXtender for Parallels Plesk Panel you can use this installer. Be aware that this installer requires YUM, therefore the YUM package manager must be installed on your server.
If you want to install the RPM packages manually (not recommended), than the 4PSA OXtender for Parallels Plesk Panel RPM packages are available here.
Follow the steps below to install the product using
4psapleskinstaller.sh:

Log in to your server using either SSH from Linux or Putty from Windows.
Note
You must be logged in as
rootor you will not be allowed to install the program! -
Create a directory called
/usr/local/src. -
Download the installer by typing:
wget http://www.4psa.com/software/4psapleskinstaller.sh -
Execute the
4psapleskinstaller.shinstallation script by typing:sh 4psapleskinstaller.sh -
Follow the instructions on screen.
In this case, you must download the 4PSA OXtender for Parallels Plesk Panel installation script from the Clients Area. Just go to the Downloads area and download the installation archive.
Follow the next steps to install 4PSA OXtender for Parallels Plesk Panel:

Log in to your server using either SSH from Linux or Putty from Windows.

Create a directory called
/usr/local/src. -
Decompress and untar the distribution file in
/usr/local/srcby typing:tar -zxf oxtenderXXX_buildXXXXXX.XX_OSPleskX.tar.gzThe program will extract a directory which contains the installation script. Change to this directory.

Execute the
install.shinstallation script by type:sh install.sh -
Follow the instructions on screen.
In this case, you must download the 4PSA OXtender for Parallels Plesk Panel installation script from the Clients Area. Just go to the Downloads area and download the installation archive.

After you install the product for the first time, the customers will not be allowed to access the 4PSA OXtender for Parallels Plesk Panel.
In order to grant access rights to your customers, you must log in to Parallels Plesk Panel as admin and click the 4PSA OXtender link available in the navigation area. Then, check the Permissions area to give permissions to your clients.
For more details, please consult the User's Guide.
In order to upgrade the system, you must execute the same steps like in the product installation (described above).
4PSA OXtender for Parallels Plesk Panel is compatible with Plesk 9.0.1 for Linux/Unix and with its newer versions. The software is compatible with the following operating systems:
